At. 7:19am on Saturday, the door bell rung and there it was the Demagio stand I had been waiting for - for 3months – was it worth waiting for I hear you ask YES it was, it is absolutely perfect couldn’t have asked for anything better and excellent value for money.

The three different coloured legs are an absolute bonus, I originally ordered the dark legs from you thinking you either had one or the other, but I actually used the medium coloured legs. The dark ones would have been okay, but the medium ones blended in much better – so a real result.

Noel I would like to thank both you and the company for the service you have given me, I know it wasn’t your fault for the delay and you kept me completely up to date on the status of the order giving me the offer to have my money refunded at every opportunity each time the delivery date was moved again, but I’m so glad I waited, I could not have found a better piece of furniture for where I wanted it, especially specifically not wanting chrome or silver legs which is all you seem to be able to get these days.
I will not hesitate to recommend the company and will use you again should I need any further furniture of this nature.

Having trawled local TV stores and the web, yours was one of only two low level TV stands  I could find, the other being (in my opinion) a less attractive looking one from M&S. It was a real joy to phone through (to a non-08 number!) with a couple of initial queries and speak to a real, friendly and helpful voice without going through those interminable push button options. Delivery was 24 hours earlier than the 3 days promised, assembly was straight forward and the quality of glass and finish of the assembled product is excellent. For potential customers who may be put off by your TV guide size (42" to 60"), I can only say that our new 37" looks fine with only ca3" of glass surface overlapping either side. The space is not wasted as the single shelf accommodates our requirement to house a blu-ray disc player, xbox 360 and ps2. I have recommended Standland to the TV store proprietor, as he told me that he receives a number of enquiries for low level stands. Extremely friendly, efficient service and a good value, quality product. Like many people, i don't readily give feedback, but in your case service was exceptional, and i only mentioned the size guide, as it nearly put me off (as potentially being too big) until I made a newspaper template (forgot to congratulate you on the inclusion of the detailed measurement guide, by the way) and spoke to you.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I was just in the process of removing several internal
walls to accommodate the television stand that I ordered from you yesterday,
when, low and behold, it turned up. This is rather disquieting as normally
it takes several emails, phone calls and references to one's solicitor
normally to get anything that has been ordered within the decade. Of course
the great problem is that I have the need for only one stand otherwise, with
delivery times like this, I would be ordering every week. I will certainly
be telling my friends about your prompt service (even though they are newly
out of work and learning Italian and Polish like crazy, necessity is the
mother of invention). I might even mention that the stand goes together and
seems fit for purpose too. (Why are there only six screws and eight
positions to attach the cable hood back board - a minor detail, probably
some sound technical reason for it all?) Anyway I shall finish the brickwork
and the repositioning of the garage and look forward to manoeuvring the
stand into its space some time this afternoon. After the panegyric I hope
the darn issue doesn't collapse under the weight of expectation.

I have ordered a Modus Low Level Stand (ZIN501250/BKI). I was a bit scared at first as I did not even receive an email confirmation of the order, only for the payment done.
Well, I ordered on the 13/01/09 and received it the day after at 9.00 am. The stand looks AMAZING, as EXCELLENT as your service!!!
Not only you were selling it at cheapest price on the net (I looked at least 20 different places), but I was well impressed by the packaging and the quality of the item!

I recieved my tvstand today, and is assembled and ready for my TV coming tomorrow.
I am more than happy with the product and the service i recieved  is first class. I ordered my stand on Thursday and recieved it on Monday, was not expecting it to arrive on time ,as when i order small items on the internet for delivery to Northern Ireland, it can usually take up to 1 week. So the size and weight of this item arriving when you said it would is excellent, maybe some other companies should take a look at the service you provide, and apply it to their own companies..

The black glass 120cm stand is just perfect for my needs. When you consider VAT and P&P was included in the price it was truly fantastic value. I had thought the easter holiday would delay my order but was wrong. I gratefully took delivery a day earlier than I had expected.
Finally you are to be commended on the packaging - the courier would have really had to go out of their way to damage this, such was the quality of the packaging and the thought put into it.

Thanks for sorting out my re-ordered stand with the extra shelf. Even though I had the stand last month - my new telly from another retailer has only just been re-delivered as the original set was damaged in transit.

You were right - it is a better looking stand than my original selection and it is refreshing to still experience that personal touch from a customer friendly retailer (sadly missing from some of the better known "high street" names out there). I placed the order with you late on Monday night & I was delighted to have delivery of the item to my door at 12 noon on Wednesday. The delivery was the best I've ever had from any store over many, many years and beats most traditional stores. Sorry for delay in contacting you, I've been on a couple of days team
building exercise. (Don't ask... we had to imagine the team was a zoo
