Delivery Information
If your not always at home on week days to take delivery of your TV stand not to worry we can always deliver to your neighbour, friend or even your work place, all we need is someone there to be able to sign for acceptance of the delivery. At the point of ordering fill out the details online of an alternative delivery address or call us on 0800 876 0969.
Because our customers mean so much to us our DELIVERY is FREE as standard to the UK mainland, unfortunately there are some areas where we can't offer this, in the case that you do live in one of these areas: Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Highlands and Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland, just select your area at the checkout and this will calculate your delivery charge. Also and this does make us a bit sad: next day deliveries is also not available to these areas.
Unfortunately, we do get charged extra to deliver to the Channel Islands, if you do like an item and want to buy it from us, it’s no problem just give us a call on 0800 876 0969 and we will provide you with a delivery price.
We sadly do not ship to Southern Ireland.
Deliveries can only be made within the UK, we do not ship outside of the UK.
If you do decide you want the speedy service the charge for NEXT DAY is: £5.00 (Please we aware that any next day orders need to be placed with us before 1.30pm on the day before delivery is required.)
Or if you decide you must have it for the weekend the cost for delivery on a SATURDAY is: £15.00
And to make it even easier we can deliver on a SPECIFIED DAY for just: £5.00
Just so you know: if you like a product and order it from us before 1.30pm on a FRIDAY and you choose speedy NEXT DAY DELIVERY we will get it to you as soon as we can but unfortunately it will be DELIVERED ON MONDAY, as we don't offer a standard delivery at weekends. UNLESS: you want a SATURDAY DELIVERY, if you do decide you want your item delivered on a Sat you need to select the SATURDAY DELIVERY option.
Please note: For some of our larger products, please be aware that if the carrier arranges a delivery time slot with customer and the customer is not in at the point of delivery as arranged then the cost of re-delivering will be charged to the customer. Our Free delivery policy is strictly one delivery attempt only. The cost of re-delivery is £45.00.
Due to the size and value of the products that we sell it is important that you check your package has been delivered undamaged before signing for the delivery, it’s easy just open the box in front of the driver and check inside for any damage. He will wait, we've had a word!
If you find there is some damage, you can either refuse the delivery from the driver or just sign the driver’s paperwork as DAMAGED and then it won't cause any delays in getting a replacement out to you! As we wouldn’t want that! Then just give us a call and we will have a replacement sent out to you and we will sort out all the hassle.
In the interest of safety of your lovely product our deliveries will require a signature and will be delivered by helpful DPD, or if you decide you want one of our larger items on a 2 Man Delivery Service, it’s just too heavy for one poor man to carry - then NightFreight would deliver your item and place it the room of your choice. No problem!!
