Standard delivery is usually 3-5 working days from date of order, but there are exceptions to this, please read the following, deviations are detailed in the statement below.
Deliveries to 3rd parties
If you’re not always at home on week days to take delivery of your TV stand not to worry we can always deliver to your neighbour, friend or even your work place, all we need is someone there to be able to sign for acceptance of the delivery. With our normal stock delivery, we always try to get goods out same working day as the order is received, the warehouse advise by email of the tracking reference via the website (email).
Home Delivery: Most deliveries can be made within a few days, but larger items and some manufacturers dictate this can be up to 14 working days.
Please note, we have to use the manufacturer’s carrier in all cases, their delivery services all differ, because of this I cannot guarantee earlier delivery.
Because our customers mean so much to us our DELIVERY is FREE as standard to most of the UK mainland, unfortunately there are some areas where we can't offer this service, in the case that you do live in one of these areas: Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Highlands and Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland, please inform us as there will be a levy charge for these areas. Also and this does make us a bit sad: next day delivery is also not available to these areas.
Unfortunately, we do get charged extra to deliver to the Channel Islands and Southern Ireland, if you do like an item and want to buy it from us, it’s no problem just give us a call on 0800 876 0969 and we will provide you with a delivery price.
Saturday delivery and specified day deliveries
Unfortunately we cannot offer a Saturday delivery unless we quote you specifically for this, its normally £25 extra. Specific day deliveries are not assured
Please note: For some of our larger products, please be aware that if the carrier arranges a delivery time slot with the customer and the customer is not in at the point of delivery as arranged then the cost of re-delivering will be charged to the customer.
Our Free delivery policy is strictly 1 attempt. The cost of re-delivery is £45.00.
Payments, we cannot take any payments orders over the telephone, only web based orders are acceptable. We do not offer credit facility, so all payments are via PayPal or Card via Sage Accounts
Due to the size and value of the products that we sell it is important that you check your package has been delivered undamaged before signing for the delivery, it’s easy just open the box in front of the driver and check inside for any damage. He will wait.
If you find there is some damage, you can either refuse the delivery from the driver or just sign the driver’s paperwork as DAMAGED and then it won't cause any delays in getting a replacement out to you!
Normally we send a replacement out within 48 hours of being notified, but as Standland is a drop-ship company some of our suppliers operate slightly different returns systems, each case maybe different!

In the interest of safety of your lovely product our deliveries will require a signature as proof of receipt, we use various carriers, please ensure you have signed for the goods, this is very important.
PLEASE NOTE: With our 2 man delivery service - if packaging is removed by the courier while in the customer’s home and the customer signs the couriers paperwork to confirm that the item has arrived to them in an undamaged condition unfortunately we then cannot accept any damage claims from the customer.
Additonal Lead Times: Unfortunately some areas are harder to get to and these will incur a 24 hour delay on next day products. Please see below a list of post codes that incur the delay;

Parcel Returns Charges
If you wish to select us to arrange the collection of the return or cancellations on your behalf, the following charges will be deducted from the refund. (You may choose to send goods back by your own carrier/ transport, please read condition of returns section below.) In addition if you are unavailable for a pre-agreed collection arranged by us, a re-collection charge will be applicable. The delivery costs for cancellations and returns for mainland UK are as follows:
Restock Fee may apply to trade clients 12% applicable
Small Items - Boxes between 1-15kgs - £15 per box collection charge
Medium Items - Boxes between 15-50kgs - £40 per box collection charge
Large Items – 50kgs and above will be charged at £65
Please note, if there are multiple items relating to a return (e.g. 1 Table and 4 chairs) we will then need to provide you a specific quote as the there may be multiple parcels which will exceed the single parcel charge as stated above. For these instances, please contact us at [email protected] so we are able to provide you with a quote.
Please be aware that unwanted items must not have been used and must be received back in pristine condition so they can be resold. This means that you would be unable to return an item that you have assembled.
Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and ONLY after we have inspected them for damage.
If any of your item(s) returned look like they’ve been used or damaged, the item will only sell at a reduced value, in which case you will charged for that loss.
We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged, so we encourage you to return your item in its original packaging. Please ensure the item is really well wrapped with sturdy and impact absorbing material.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Any products that you have received with a defect or are received in error from Troy Innovations Ltd (incorporating Standland), we will be happy to replace or exchange. Please inform us of any damage within 7 days from date of delivery by email to [email protected] ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number.
All returned goods must be in a full un-used condition.(Excluding the notified fault(s))
All refunds will be processed within 30 working days of return.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
